Antonia Llull, known as "Tonina," serves as a Senior Consultant – Research, Impact & Product Development at 3DuxDesign. With over 25 years of experience in pediatric occupational therapy, sensory integration, and child development, she brings a unique combination of analytical expertise and practical insight to research, product evaluation, and educational program development.

In her role with 3DuxDesign, Tonina plays a key part in shaping evaluation frameworks for STEM learning programs, ensuring products meet rigorous standards for developmental appropriateness and educational impact. Her ability to assess both qualitative and quantitative learning outcomes supports 3DuxDesign’s mission to capture how students engage, collaborate, problem-solve, and learn in real-world contexts.

Tonina’s career spans leadership roles in clinical services, product evaluation, and research initiatives, where she has designed focus groups, conducted impact studies, and advised on inclusive product development. Her expertise has helped organizations create tools that promote physical, cognitive, and social growth in children across diverse learning environments.

In addition to her work at 3DuxDesign, Tonina is the founder of mPowerMe, LLC and Play To Do, LLC. She continues to provide direct clinical services, helping children and families build essential developmental skills through tailored, play-based strategies. Through Play To Do, she consults with leaders in the education and toy industries, as well as municipal designers, to promote accessibility and universal learning. Her work empowers organizations to innovate with research-backed strategies, ensuring that children’s learning experiences are engaging, inclusive, and developmentally enriching.
