How much is shipping?

Your shipping cost will be calculated at the time of checkout. You will be able to obtain shipping cost before the order is placed.  

Will there be additional fees on my purchase? 

All orders placed will be subject to Connecticut state tax at a rate of 6.25%. There are no additional credit card other payment fees. 

Where do you ship?

3Dux/design is a U.S.-based company and currently ship throughout the continental U.S.

 When will my package ship? 

We aim to get all orders out within one week of order and ship by common carrier services which take 5-10 business days. 

Do you offer rush delivery?

Yes, we can offer rush delivery. These prices will be calculated based on shipping options and cost of purchase at checkout. You can decide which option is best for you. 

How can I track my order?

We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email when your order ships. This email will contain your package tracking number and the parcel carrier handling your shipment.

Returns - Here's what you need to know 

What is your return policy?

We want you to be 100% happy with your 3Dux/design purchase. You have 2 weeks to return all 3Dux/design products as long as they are new and in unused condition and in original packaging. If your product is received damaged, please see section below on returning/exchanging damaged goods. 

 For returns, we’ll gladly refund your full purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges. Items that qualified for free shipping will be charged  for  shipping and handling charges for both delivery and return. There are no restocking fees. (Please see conditions below.)

 How do i initiate a return?

Go to “Order History” Then click on "Return or Replace Items." There, you'll be able to generate a return label for your package. Please pack the product in the original shipping container, removing o the original shipping label. To receive credit, you must write the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number on the packing list and enclose it inside the shipping container with your return.

Once we receive your return, we will process a refund within 14 business days to the original form of payment. Your bank may require additional time to post this transaction to your account. We’ll use the same method to refund the amount as you used when you placed the order.

Damaged product? here's what you need to know

Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please contact us immediately. It’s helpful to save all packaging material and paperwork.
